Portrait studies
In these series of paintings I represent the unique human expressions. I love faces, I mostly get captivated by people's eyes, since I believe they are the window to look through their souls.
In this piece I am portraying a female lost in a gaze, thinking about how things could have been different in her life.
This little boy is seating outside of his house, he seems to live in a little village in which they seem to be in lots of needs. This kid seems to be saying to us, maybe you? Are you willing to make a difference in my life? This artwork was inspired in Dan Romeo's photographs.

Here I am portraying a beautiful girl that captivated me completely with her sweet expression. Her hands full of scars because of the hard work she has to endure, her eyes are full of sadness, but at the same time full of hope. This portrait was also inspired in a photograph taken by Dan Romeo.

Looking back is also inspired in Romeo’s Photographs. This kid’s sweet face called my attention, he seems to be living in the streets. I can't believe that in a world full of richness, so many kids are still dying because of lack of food and health.
